The various radiant tubes made by HEXIN are normally for continuous strip processing furnaces of steel mills, like U shaped, W shaped, P , double P shaped ,customized shape, tube temperatures up to 1250℃, according to the furnace design.

ZGCr25Ni35Nb, ZGCr28Ni48W5, HK40, HT, HU, HH, 22H, More1, More2, KHR35H
two last legs and last elbow:
HPNb, ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2
support: GX40Cr25Ni20

Process
Legs is centrifugal casted and machined subsequently.
Elbows will be made by static casting or precision casting.
Support be made by precision casting.
Flange will be forged, welded and machined according to relevant drawings.

2. corrosion resistant alloy radiant tubes are used
in pulp and paper, chemical and other petrochemical industries.
3. super-alloys radiant tubes are
used in high strength, carburization resistance industry.
Working temperature
depending on the materials (max 1250℃)
